Adeleke, Walk The Talk—Osun APC
The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Osun has called on the state governor, Ademola Adeleke to walk the talk as it is such posture that would justify the sincerity of his promises.

Osun APC also hinted that the pledge of Adeleke to be fair to all is commendable if it is backed up with the sincerest of purpose.
The party gave this call in a statement by its acting Chairman, Tajudeen Lawal on Friday following the assurance by the Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke after the reaffirmation of his governorship mandate by the Supreme Court.
Governor Adeleke had in a visit to both the Ataoja of Osogbo, Oba Jimoh Olaonipekun and Timi of Ede, Oba Munirudeen Adesola Lawal assured that he would be fair to all irrespective of their political leanings in the state.
Anyone Who Thinks I’m On Transit Is Joking—Peter Obi
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the February 25 election, Mr. Peter Obi has said that anyone who thinks he is on transit on the issue of presidency is joking, expressing confidence that he would emerge president of Nigeria.

Speaking on Friday in Awka during the unveiling of the book, “Peter Obi: many voices, one perspective,” Obi however said he was not in a hurry to achieve the dream, emphasizing that he would always stand for the truth in the quest to build a new Nigeria.
The former Anambra State governor also pledged to accept the decision of the judiciary handling the presidential election petition.
Presidential tribunal: Igbos must prepare for the worst, we won’t be in opposition – Ohanaeze
The Ohanaeze Ndigbo socio-cultural organization, has urged Igbos to prepare their minds for the worst, following the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi’s petition at the Presidential Election Tribunal.
This was as the body said Obi should be commended for fighting to ensure an Igbo man becomes Nigerian President.

Obi is currently challenging the victory of the President-elect, Bola Tinubu at the tribunal.
The LP presidential candidate came third during the 2023 presidential election, according to results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Despite the results declared by INEC, Obi had insisted that he won the 2023 presidential election.
However, Ohanaeze’s Secretary-General, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, said Obi should be commended for his fight so far.
Mismanagement of diversity major problem of Africa – Obasanjo
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, has expressed worry over developments in the African continent, saying the major problem of the continent is mismanagement of diversity.
Obasanjo stated this while giving an address at the National Daily Awards in Lagos on Friday.
