Even When Some Of The G5 Govs Lost At The Polls, They All Won The Battle Decisively- Festus Keyamo

In wake of the outcome of the presidential election results in states where the G5 governors of the PDP are from, the spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign council, Festus Keyamo has lauded the likes of Wike, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Samuel Ortom, Okezie Ikpeazu and Seyi Makinde for fighting till the very end.

Before the 2023 presidential election, the members of the G5 governors of the Peoples Democratic Party vowed never to support the candidacy of Atiku Abubakar unless Iyorchia Ayu leaves office as national chairman of the party.

With the Peoples Democratic Party failing to win in all five states where the G5 governors are from, Festus Keyamo noted that they all won their battle decisively.

Though three of the G5 governors: Okezie Ikpeazu, Samuel Ortom and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi all failed in their senatorial bids after losing their elections, Festus Keyamo in a tweet, said they achieved their central objectives of destroying the votes of the PDP in the presidential election in their respective states.

“At the end , even when some of the G5 Governors lost at the polls, they all WON the battle decisively. Why? Because their central objective of protesting injustice within the PDP by destroying PDP votes IN ONLY THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION in their States was FULLY ACHIEVED! Kudos.”
