Nigeria Will Soon See A Young Person Standing Before You And Holding A Certificate Of Return- Tinubu

The new President-elect and ruling All Progressives Congress Presidential Candidate in the February 25th poll, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was yesterday issued the Certificate Of Return at the ceremony held at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.

The ceremony was attended by some party stakeholders and dignitaries who worked tirelessly for the party towards making their candidate triumph in the keenly contested election among four front-runners in the race.

At the ceremony, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu alongside his running mate Senator Kashim Shettima were issued the Certificate Of Return for their victory recorded in the last Saturday’s general presidential election, after which the former Governor of Lagos State delivered his second speech to address the public since he was declared the winner.

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu while delivering his speech noted that the youths and women in the society will also one day emerged as the president-elect in the country and will also received a Certificate Of Return just like he did yesterday.

He made it known that as he was able to do it, they can also do more as this will be a prove of the benefits of democracy in the society regardless and irrespective of any tribe or ethnic group.

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu according to a video as posted by Channels Television their verified Twitter handle said:

“Very soon this nation shall witnessed a young person standing before you, holding this great symbol of democracy and national leadership. We shall see a woman standing before you holding this certificate as it’s owner.

There are young people listening to me right now who shall one day become the leader of our precious and exceptional democratic republic. Thus, by taking this certificate I assumed a sacred duty I shall never ignore. To you the people especially the youth, I will work day and night, I will work to the utmost best of my ability to make Nigeria better”.
