The presidential election results for Bayelsa state was announced and the presidential candidate for the PDP, Atiku Abubakar emerged victorious. Despite a fierce battle, according to Channels TV, he coasted to victory with 68,818 total votes while Peter Obi came second with 49,975 votes. Tinubu came third with 42,572 votes.
