Barcelona took advantage in the Copa Del Rey semi final match against Real Madrid after defeating them by 1-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu. Barcelona were without their key players, the likes of Pedri Gonzalez, Robert Lewandowski, and Ousmane Dembele who all missed out through injuries. Many players showed up to help Barcelona win, but here are the three stand out players;
1. Frankie De Jong: The midfield maestro deserved to be named the man of the match, he was confident on the ball and also was covering the whole pitch. He’s was exceptional.
2. Ronald Araujo: The Uruguayan is one of the best defenders in Europe at the moment, he started at right back as he was assigned a duty to man mark Vinicius Junior. He defended well and Real Madrid couldn’t manage a single shot on target.
3. Frank Kessie: He played a vital role in Barca’s only goal of the night, he was also energetic and helped both the midfield and attack.
